Iwona Mikuła

President of the Board / Chief Accountant

Authorised to perform bookkeeping operations – Accounting Certificate No 13091/2006.

A graduate of the Department of Industrial Organisation and Management of Silesian Technical University in Gliwice. Additionally Ms Mikuła has competed a post-graduate course at the school of Entrepreneurship and Management of the University of Economics in Cracow at the Department of Accounting and Finance.

Ms Mikuła possesses extensive and long-term experience: first as an employer of accounting department, subsequently as Chief Accountant in a limited liability company and in a private partnership.

Barbara Grońska

Member of the Board / Deputy Chief Accountant

A graduate of the University of Economics in Cracow. Ms Grońska has also completed a post-graduate course in the area of accounting at the University of Economics in Katowice.

Anna Szymańska-Węckowska

Member of the Board / Expert in the area of Labour Code and Social Insurance

A graduate of the Chemical Department of the Silesian Technical University in Gliwice. Ms Szymańska – Węckowska has also completed a post-graduate course in Labour Code and Social Insurance Code at the High School of Labour Protection Management in Katowice as well as the Academy of Manager at Silesian College of Management of General Ziętek. She also completed post-graduate studies in the field of HR at Silesian University.

In her previous workplaces Ms Szymańska- Węckowska has gained experience in the area of human resources management and development of business contacts.
